Technical Infrastructure & Back up facility

Customer Solutionz computer network has a total of 150+ systems, are divided into 5 separate LANs. Throughput rate, end-to-end delay and collision rate are efficiently managed using CAT 5E UTP cable. The LANS are connected to P4 server through the firewall. Customer Solutionz connects to the entire world using a 1MB leased Line Internet connectivity. We have excellent back up facility supporting the entire infrastructure. We have 75KVA UPS Facility and also generators to handle emergency situations.

Data Security

Firewall is being used for intrusion, detection and prevention. Key Internet services such as web, email, file transfer; windows services and DNS are being protected using this firewall.
