Customer Solutionz' computer network includes more than 150 systems, divided into 5 separate LANs. Throughput rates, end-to-end delays and collision rates are efficiently managed using CAT 5E UTP cables. The LANs are connected to P4 servers through firewalls. Customer Solutionz connects to the global community by using a 1MB leased Line Internet connectivity. Customer Solutionz has an excellent back-up facility, which supports the entire infrastructure. In addition, we at Customer Solutionz have a 75KVA UPS Facility and generators to handle emergency situations.
Data Security
Firewalls are always used for any potential intrusion, detection and prevention. Key Internet services such as web, email, file transfer; Windows services and DNS are all securely protected.
